I completed a cooking apprenticeship with Tasmanian Four Seasons Hotels, and became relief and full-time chef for the chain.

I left for Europe to travel and gain work experience, cooking at Lloyds Bank London in the directors dining room for six months. Also I cooked in Austria for three winters at ski resort hotels.

Started cooking on yachts on an 18m Cannes based charter boat, and have since worked on private, charter and delivery jobs up to 90m, cruising most of the world’s oceans.

I have an excellent knowledge of Italian, French and Asian cuisine, with experience provisioning in many countries.

Whilst cooking is my priority, I enjoy all aspects of yachting.

I’ve worked for Ski School Kirchberg Austria for majority of winters. Hobbies include computers and photography.
